Terms of Service

Last updated: June 20, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of Skylit. By using Skylit, you agree to these terms. Skylit is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older.

Use of Skylit

Skylit provides a travel video community, profile features, comments, trip planning tools, and trip wallet tools. You agree to use Skylit lawfully and respectfully.

User Generated Content

You are responsible for the videos, captions, comments, profile information, trip notes, and other content you submit. You must own your content or have the rights needed to share it. You grant Skylit permission to display and operate your submitted content within the app.

Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content and Abusive Users

Skylit has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You may not post or promote content involving harassment, threats, hate, exploitation, graphic violence, unlawful activity, sexually explicit material, impersonation, spam, or content that violates another person's rights.

Users can report objectionable content or users and can block other users. We will review reports and take action within 24 hours when content or conduct violates these terms, including removing content, restricting access, or terminating accounts.

Blocking and Reporting

Blocking helps limit unwanted interactions. Reporting helps us review potential violations. Abuse of reporting tools may result in account restrictions.

Your Content and Account

You may update your profile and remove your own posts or comments where those controls are available. You are responsible for keeping your account activity consistent with these terms.

In-App Purchases

If purchases are available, they are processed by Apple. Purchase terms, refunds, and billing are subject to Apple's App Store rules and your Apple account settings.

Apple Standard EULA

Your use of Skylit is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available through Apple's App Store terms. If these terms conflict with Apple's Standard EULA for Apple platform use, Apple's Standard EULA controls where required.

Safety and Availability

Travel information, budgets, and planning notes in Skylit are for personal organization and general reference. You are responsible for checking current travel conditions, costs, destination rules, and safety information before making decisions.

Termination

We may restrict or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse the app, or create risk for other users, Skylit, or third parties.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Skylit after updates means you accept the revised terms.
